Payment methods
We use the most advanced technologies in the field of security to manage customers' personal information. The information entered is encrypted using the SSL protocol before being transmitted over the Internet to guarantee maximum security.
Cash on delivery
By choosing this method ( valid only for orders whose total is greater than €34.99) , payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the purchased item: 3% must be added to the product and shipping amount with a minimum of €4.99 as a contribution to cash on delivery . The contribution will be automatically calculated by the payment procedure and added to the shipping cost. Payment must be made only with banknotes or coins directly to the courier. Only exact sums corresponding to the amount of the order are accepted: the change will not be returned. Bank or bank checks will not be accepted. Cash on delivery will be enabled for amounts spent within the maximum threshold of 499.99 euros (including shipping costs). A phone call may be made to verify and validate the order by contacting the number issued during the purchase. If there is no telephone response within the following 24 hours, the order will not be processed and shipped. Cash on delivery orders addressed to recipients without a house number will be cancelled.
Credit card
We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable ones: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Carta Aura, Postepay, etc. When paying by credit card you will not be charged any type of supplement. For all credit cards it is necessary to enter the CVV2 code otherwise the order will be cancelled. For Visa and Mastercard credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card, while for Amex credit cards the code is 4 digits and is found on the front of the credit card.
Please note
It may happen that, after entering your credit card details and CVV2, you are also asked for an additional code or some specific data. This happens because some banking institutions require a precise procedure to enable the use of the credit card online. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to find out the code to enter, you must contact your banking institution directly.
When you enter your credit card details, the bank is asked to charge the expense to your credit card. In some cases, banks notify the customer by sending an SMS. Receipt of the text message is NOT indicative of the correct charge of the card. The order paid by credit card, before being entrusted to the Courier, could be subjected, directly with the relevant banking institution, to a "genuineness check" (check which verifies the actual ownership of the credit card). In the event that an "authenticity verification" is activated, the customer will be notified via e-mail. This verification takes on average 24 to 48 hours. If the banking institution informs us of any irregularity relating to the credit card used, we will proceed with the cancellation of the order and the related refund, communicating it at the same time via e-mail.
Bank transfer
By paying by bank transfer you will not be charged any type of supplement. To make the payment by bank transfer it is necessary to use the details that will be displayed on the screen and sent via email to confirm the order at the end of the process.
Don't forget to enter the order reference code as reason:

Before proceeding with payment it is important to receive the order confirmation email. Banking practice requires that the transfer made is credited to the beneficiary's current account (Lanza Massimo DI) no earlier than 1/2 working days after its execution. After 3 days from the date of acceptance of the order (date on which you receive the order confirmation via email) without having received the bank transfer credit, we will cancel the order.
Paypal
PayPal is an online payment system that involves opening an account with PayPal.
By paying via PayPal you will not be charged any type of supplement. By choosing this method, after clicking "send order", you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your PayPal account email and password in order to pay for the order. For each transaction carried out using this method, a confirmation email is sent by PayPal. The order amount is debited from your PayPal account when the order is placed. In case of cancellation the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Klarna
Pay in 3 interest-free installments with no additional costs. Before the charge, you will receive a reminder that your payment is due.
At checkout, select the Klarna option to pay in 3 interest-free installments. You will be redirected to the Klarna website where you will need to enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details. The first installment will be charged to your card after you submit your order. Once your payment has been processed, you will be notified. The last two installments will be automatically charged to your card every 30 days, until the full purchase amount is paid off. You will be reminded before each charge.
