The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used exclusively on profumerialanza.com in one or more solutions, until its value is exhausted*. It can be sent by email.
*It can be used in one or more solutions and can be integrated with another payment method. It cannot be used to purchase a gift card or other e-gift card. It is not nominative and can be given to others. It is not rechargeable: once the activation value is exhausted it can no longer be used. In the event of loss, theft or damage, it is neither replaceable nor refundable, not even partially. It is possible to find out the available balance and/or the expiry date by contacting Profumeria Lanza Customer Service or by clicking on the "View gift voucher balance" link sent with the coupon issuing email. It is not convertible into cash: the value of the card (active or expired) is not, under any circumstances, refundable, not even partially.
1 Choose amount and quantity
You can select any predefined amount from €25, €50, €75, €100, €150 and €200 and manage its quantity.
2 Write your personalized message
Check the "I want to send it as a gift" box and write your message. if you want the voucher to be automatically sent to the recipient. The message will appear both on the email sent to the beneficiary and on any printed coupon. Remember to include your name in the message if you want to make it visible!
3. Send your Gift Voucher by email or print it to deliver it in person
Check the "I want to send it as a gift" box if you want the voucher to be sent automatically to the recipient. You can choose to send the Gift Card to the recipient immediately or on a specific date.
If you prefer to deliver it in person, by unchecking the "I want to send it as a gift" box, you can proceed to print the coupon by clicking on the "View gift voucher balance" link sent with the coupon issuing email you received.
4. Confirm the order
Add your Gift Voucher to the cart and proceed with Checkout.
