Orders
After placing an order on profumerialanza.com you will receive a confirmation by email.
To check your order history, go to your Account and check the list of orders placed.
Is the order confirmed?
If you have any doubts about whether your order went through, check your inbox. We will send you an order confirmation email. It may take a few minutes. You can also check the status of your order in your Profumeria Lanza Account .
Was the payment successful?
If your order was not successful, there may be a problem with your payment. Check out the FAQ on how to make a successful secure payment. You may need to try again with the same payment method or use another payment option.

Here's how to place an order on the site:
- Find the item you want using the search bar or by browsing the categories.
- To add the product to your cart, choose Add to Cart . You can continue shopping or proceed with the order.
- To view your cart, select the bag icon at the top right. Here you can check your products, change quantities or delete items.
- Select Checkout .
- In Contacts log in to your Account or enter your email.
- Under Delivery , select a delivery option.
By default, your billing address is the same as your shipping address. - Under Payment , choose a payment option.
- If you have a promotional code, enter it in the Discount Code field and then choose Apply .
- Check all the information then choose Pay Now to pay and place your order.
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.
When you place an order on profumerialanza.com you can choose between home delivery or pick-up. Check the FAQ How to place an order on the site.
You can select your preferred delivery method in a few simple steps:
- To go to your order summary, choose the bag icon in the top right.
- Select Checkout .
- Under Delivery , select a delivery option.
↳ Ship to address : to change, click on the delivery address displayed and choose another address from those registered or Use a different address .
↳ Shipping to collection point : enter the address, choose Search and in the map that opens on the screen, select the nearest post office where you can collect your order.

Don't worry: the amount charged will be refunded to you immediately.
Once the order is confirmed it is not possible to cancel or modify it, as the products are already being prepared. This also applies to changing the delivery address. We operate in very tight deadlines to ensure rapid delivery.
- Before placing an order, be sure to check the contents and total amount in your cart.
- If you wish to return all or part of your order, please exercise your right of withdrawal once you have received your order. This means that you have 30 days to return the products and receive a refund. You can find all the information on withdrawal in the Terms and Conditions of Service .

Payments
A Profumeria Lanza digital gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It can be used exclusively online on the profumerialanza.com website.
If you want to know the remaining balance of your voucher or its validity period, you have two options:
- Click on the "View Gift Card Balance" link sent with the coupon issuance email.
- Contact Customer Service via the contact form or at our contact details .

When it's time to complete your order, you can choose to pay with a digital gift card:
- To see your cart, choose the bag icon at the top right.
- Confirm your order by selecting Checkout .
- Choose a shipping method.
- In Discount Code enter the number of the digital gift voucher that was sent to you by email.
- Your voucher has been successfully added as a payment method.
Note : If your gift card does not cover the full amount, it can be used in combination with other payment methods.

How does it work?
- After entering your credit card details on profumerialanza.com and selecting Pay Now , you may be redirected to your bank's authentication page to complete payment for your order.

The Profumeria Lanza digital gift voucher
Follow the steps in the FAQ How can I use my digital voucher to use your voucher as a payment method.
Note :
- A digital gift card can be used multiple times until its value is exhausted. If the amount on the gift card is not enough to cover the total purchase, you can complete the payment with another method.
- Digital gift cards are not nominative and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- To check the balance or expiration date of your digital gift card, click on the "View Gift Card Balance" link sent with the coupon issuance email or contact our customer service.
PayPal

It is also possible to make payments through additional regional payment managers which will be listed on the relevant checkout page.

Enjoy free shipping in Italy with the Standard delivery option if you place an order over €74.99.
profumerialanza.com also ships abroad.
You can choose any delivery address in all European Union countries with the exception of Malta and Cyprus and all duty-free locations.
Home delivery in Italy
- Shipping costs : €5.99 for orders under €75. Free for orders over €75.
- Delivery times : we undertake to deliver within 2/3 working days in the main locations and 3/6 days in the smaller and island ones.
- Addresses :

Delivery to Poste Italiane collection points in Italy

Can't wait to receive your package? Here's how to check when it will arrive:
- Check in your Account if the order has been shipped.
- Once your order has been shipped, please allow 6 business days for delivery.
- Track your order on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.
- If you have not received your order within 7 business days after shipment, please contact our Customer Service.
After confirming your order you will receive a confirmation email, followed by another email when your order is shipped. From that moment on you can track your order:
- By choosing the Chat icon at the bottom right and selecting Track My Order.
- By selecting My Orders in your Account . You will find a tracking number assigned to your order, which you can use to track your shipment on the specified carrier's website.
We will update you via email on the progress of your order.
You can also check the status of your order in your Account . Once logged in, view your order list and select the most recent order. You will see one of the following statuses:
- Confirmed : We have received your order and will prepare it soon.
- In transit : Your order has been shipped. You can track your order status using the tracking number provided.
- In progress of delivery : the shipment has arrived in the destination area and will be delivered to you soon.
- Delivered : The order has been delivered to the delivery address you selected.
- Delivery attempted : The courier attempted to deliver the shipment to the destination address, but was unsuccessful.
No problem! Here's how to find information about your package:
- Check your delivery notification: the courier will most likely have left you instructions on the next steps.
- Log in to your Sephora Account : you can track the delivery status in your account.
- Visit the courier's website: you can access detailed delivery updates with your order tracking number.

To contact us, write to us at store@profumerialanza.com and attach a photo of the package received with the shipping label. If you prefer to call us, have your delivery address and email address ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
No updates on your order? Contact our Customer Service, and our agents will check with the carrier. For contact methods, choose Contact Us .
Your order tracking shows that the package has been returned to sender. This happens when the courier does not find you at home or you do not collect your order from the designated collection point.
Don't worry; your order will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving your package.

Check the status of your order
You can check the status of your order in your Profumeria Lanza Account .
Order Status: In Transit
- It takes approximately 1/2 days to prepare your order for shipping and maximum 6 working days for delivery.
- If you have not received your order within 7 business days of shipment, please contact our customer service. For contact options, select Contact Us .
Order Status: Delivered
If your order status indicates that your package has been delivered, please check the FAQ that best fits your situation:
- I was absent at the time of delivery. Where is my order?
- My order is shown as delivered but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Returns and refunds
Refund Timing
- Your order will be refunded within 14 working days of receiving the package.
- We will send you an email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
- Credit card refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days of us notifying you.
Refund Methods
The right of withdrawal is 30 days from the day of purchase.
If you return items during the right of withdrawal period and they are intact, your order will be refunded to your original payment method .
In the following cases, the refund may be issued in the form of an online credit:
- If you purchased the products with online credit (issued in your name).
- If you return products after the right of withdrawal period (30 days after receiving the products).
If you paid all or part of your order with a Profumeria Lanza digital gift voucher , you will receive an online coupon equivalent to the amount deducted from your gift voucher. You can use it for your next online purchases on profumerialanza.com.

Don't worry if you haven't received your refund yet; we need to receive your package and process it before we can process it. Here's what you can do:
- You can track your return on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.
- Once we receive your return it may take up to 14 days to process it. You will receive an email when your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
- Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 7 days for the refund amount to appear in your account.
If you do not receive your refund within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email, please contact our customer service .
You have 30 days to return the product, starting from the day you received it at home or collected it from a collection point.
Check if the product is eligible for return:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the protective film intact. It must include all outer packaging, accessories and instructions.
- Products without the protective film required for that specific product will not be accepted for return.
- For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used and must be closed.
If the product meets these requirements you can return it.
How to return an online order by post:
Note : All home delivered orders can be returned by post, regardless of payment method. We do not accept collect packages.
- Package the product for return as securely as possible to protect it during transport. We recommend using the same box in which you received the order or one of similar size.
- Fill out the return form and include it in the package with the products you wish to return. You can download the return form here .

We will email you once we have received your return, verified its condition, and processed the refund to the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be credited to the person who made the purchase.

- Under Primary Address select Manage .
- Select Add an address .
- Enter your new address details.
- Check Set as default address .
- Select Save Address.
- Your address is now updated.
