Summer break
Changes to operations due to holidays
Our shop will be closed for summer holidays from August 15th to 31st, 2025.
Information for managing online orders:
- Orders will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on August 8, 2025, for immediate processing and shipping via express courier.
Orders received after 10:00 a.m. and therefore beyond the deadlines indicated above will be processed from September 1, 2025 and fulfilled as soon as possible from that date.
Customer service availability information
- Support requests received through all our communication channels (email, contact form, Facebook and Instagram, telephone, etc.) will be processed until August 12, 2025.
Service requests received after August 12, 2025, will be processed as early as September 1, 2025, and processed as soon as possible from that date.
