Summer break
Changes in operations due to holidays
Our store will be closed for the summer holidays from August 15 to August 30, 2025.
Information for managing online orders:
- orders received until 10:00 AM on August 7, 2026 for immediate processing and shipping via express courier.
Orders received after 10:00 AM and therefore beyond the terms indicated above will be processed from August 31, 2026 and fulfilled as soon as possible from that date.
Information on customer service availability
- support requests received through all our communication channels (email, contact form, Facebook and Instagram, telephone, etc.) will be handled until August 11, 2026
Support requests received after August 11, 2026 will be acquired from August 31, 2026 and processed as soon as possible from that date.
