Returns and refunds

The right of return has been extended to 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.

We are constantly striving to offer safe and qualitatively perfect products. However, it may happen that some parts present some anomaly. If the product you have received has defects, or if there has been a mistake and the product you have received is different from the one you ordered, please do not hesitate to contact us: click here!


Return instructions

First check if the product is suitable for return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the protective film intact. It must include all outer wrappings, accessories and any instructions.
  • Products without protective film where provided by the manufacturer will not be accepted for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used and must be unopened.

⚠️ Return does not meet requirements: If the returned product does not meet the requirements listed above, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The product will be sent back to the customer at their own expense, after prior notification by email.

If the product meets these requirements, submit a return request:

1. Click here and log in

  • In the email field, enter your email address, then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code that is included.
  • Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order for which you want to submit a return.

3. Click on "Manage" at the top right and then on "‘Request a return".

4. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you want to return.

5. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.

6. Click "‘Request a return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

As soon as we receive the goods, immediately after the relevant verification, the amount spent will be re-credited with the same method used for your purchase, according to the timeframe foreseen by the credit institution.

In the case of payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer, it will be necessary for you to provide us with the IBAN code and the name of the account holder in order to proceed with the reimbursement by bank order.

Uncollected Package

Failure by the recipient to collect the parcel cannot be construed as exercising the right of withdrawal. In the event of failure to collect due to the recipient's absence or refusal, resulting in the parcel being returned to the sender, the shipping costs (outward and return) incurred by the seller will be deducted from the total refund amount. The customer will receive a refund for the value of the products, net of the shipping costs actually incurred.
